I wasn’t born into comfort—I was born into resilience.

The child of Polish immigrants who left everything behind for a chance at a better life, I grew up in a working-class Calgary neighborhood where survival often came before ease.

Those early years taught me how to listen beyond words, read between the lines, and connect with people navigating uncertainty, identity, and emotional pain.

From a young age, I lived between cultures, between roles, and between worlds—never quite fitting the mold, but always observing, learning, and feeling deeply. That outsider perspective gave me an early understanding of what it means to feel different, misunderstood, or like you’re carrying something invisible that no one else can see.

Before I had the language of psychology, I had movement. Dance, voice, visual art, and spiritual practice became my first forms of therapy—ways to process pain, regulate emotion, and connect with something greater than myself. These creative and somatic practices weren’t just hobbies; they were survival tools. They became sacred. Over the years, they evolved into foundational elements of the work I now offer others.

But healing isn’t only intuitive—it’s also structured. I knew I needed a way to bring together everything I had lived and learned. So, I returned to school, immersed myself in academic study, and committed to the long road of professional training. I completed my psychology degree with a focus on trauma and clinical mental health and am now a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”

— Brené Brown

I specialize in working with adults who carry the weight of complex trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and the often-overlooked grief of not feeling seen or heard. Many of my clients are highly self-aware, yet still feel stuck—held back by patterns that seem hard to change, or emotions that feel too big to name.

Some are navigating burnout, identity shifts, relationship pain, or spiritual crises. Others simply want a more honest relationship with themselves.

My approach is trauma-informed, somatically aware, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based modalities—including parts work (like Internal Family Systems), somatic therapies, mindfulness, and relational psychodynamics—while always staying grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or clinical detachment. I believe in being fully present. I believe therapy is a sacred space—one where all parts of you are welcome, and where the goal isn’t to become someone else, but to remember who you’ve always been beneath the layers of survival.

Therapy with me is real. It’s reflective. It’s nonjudgmental, creative, and grounded in the belief that healing is not linear—but always possible. I bring my lived experience, professional training, and whole-hearted presence into each session.

If you're looking for a therapist who values depth, honesty, and soul-centered healing, I’d be honoured to walk with you on your path.
