Britannia
This three-part workshop series offers a practical, evidence-informed approach to supporting mental health through the connection between mind and body. Participants will explore tools to better understand and manage anxiety, depression, and burnout, while learning strategies to regulate the nervous system and build emotional resilience.
Each session blends psychoeducation with experiential practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, and self-reflection.
Clients can expect to gain accessible, compassionate tools that complement therapeutic work and support both immediate relief and long-term well-being. The series is designed to empower individuals with skills they can integrate into daily life for sustained mental health support.
A receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement, as these workshops may be eligible under extended health or psychological services benefits.
